Valentine's Day Spectacular

On Valentine's Day Bruce and I decided to let the girls plan and make the dessert. The invented a dessert they called Valentine's Day Spectacular. The ingredients were vanilla ice cream, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, red food coloring, and cherries. It wasn't half bad, although I think another type of chocolate would have frozen better then chocolate chips.
