Something's Fishy

My exciting news for the day is that we have 6 new pets! After seeing all my friend Scarlett's new fish I thought I would stop by the fish store today. I ended up getting 3 Gold Tetra, and 3 Neon Tetra. The girls haven't named them yet, so I'll have to post an update on that. These fish join Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman our Zebra Danios, Jenna and Balto who I have no idea what kind of fish they are, and our two algae eating catfish, whose names I don't remember. Guess I should have written this blog before the girls went to bed.



So now we have a total of 14 fish. Can you see them all? Also we may be getting a few baby fish from my friend Jen. Their new fish ended up having a bunch of babies a few days after they got them.

Oh, and if you are wondering why we have a day-glo tank it's because the girls picked out the decor. I would prefer more natural colors, but this is what you get when you send a daddy and two little girls out to buy fish tank stuff.

I'll have to blog about our other pets another day, or they might get jealous that the fish are getting all the attention.
